Andrea Wilson

President and Chief Success Officer

Andrea Wilson is a dreamer who sees possibilities in everything and everyone. She believes that dreams can become reality, however they need to be nurtured. She also believes that success should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background or current situation.

In pursuing her dreams, she emigrated from Jamaica with the sole purpose of completing her engineering degree and getting an MBA, as she thought that was the path to her success.

After years of climbing the corporate ladder and 17 bosses, most of which she did work well with, she realized her ladder was up the wrong wall. Deciding to be boss #18, Andrea founded Achieve in 2013 with the goal of helping others create a vision of their success along with the road map to this success, in a safe supportive community.

Andrea lives her life on the following core values: God's Will, Family and Community. She has an Electrical Engineering Bachelor degree and a Master of Business Administration, however, what she is most proud of, is her 3 amazing daughters and granddaughter.

Krystle Wright

Director of Operations

Krystle joined Achieve in 2020 as a member of Achievers Inner Circle.
Holding a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science, Krystle has dedicated her career to technological and operational innovation. Since 2011, she has worked as a Management Consultant with clients in the U.S., Canada, Jamaica, and Japan.

Krystle has been a member of the Achieve family of companies since March 2023, serving as the Director of Operations for Achieve Potential. In her role, she strives to develop optimized processes and enhance overall productivity for all teams and staff.

 

Valentina Ortiz

Program Manager

With a background in Pedagogy and a specialization in Diversity and Inclusion Research, Valentina brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to our team. Her commitment to education shines through in every project she undertakes, as she strives to create unique and enriching experiences for all involved.

Valentina's belief in the power of youth voices is evident in her work, as she fosters environments where every individual feels heard and valued. At Achieve, she champions the transformative power of conversations, recognizing them as catalysts for change and progress.

 

Scherrie-Ann Richards

Public Relations Manager

Scherrie-Ann Richards is an Achieve Alumni who is intentionally living her best life. She uses her gifts, talents, and experiences to engage, inspire and empower minds. She has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry in diverse roles where she transitioned from the boardroom to the bedside and into the classroom.

Her educational and professional experiences have invited her into spaces to support the holistic advancement of underserved youths and seniors. Her love for people and her community has created opportunities for mentorship and allyship. She lives by the simple philosophy of treating people the way she wants to be treated…One love!
