Think of everything you hoped to accomplish this week; if you did not make a list, it may be hard for you to recall, let alone get everything done.
If it is not on paper, it is in the air. Imagine being in an interview, you feel that what you are saying is important only when the interviewer writes it down. Life is similar; if something is important to you, you need to WRITE it down.
When you WRITE, you are pushed to think, plan and visualize. You live your moments of success in your mind, even before they take place in real life. This acts as a motivator to achieve your desired success.
WRITING about what you want to achieve helps you to be specific. It requires you to define the what, where, when, and how of your goals. Goals that are specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-sensitive, or “S.M.A.R.T.” have much more probability of accomplishment than the ones that you just think about but never WRITE down.
WRITING helps you define things clearly and cuts out the clutter. It allows your brain to prioritize and focus on what you need to act on.
We hope that you choose to WRITE your way to success this week.
Have a great week!
