Black Youth Action Plan (BYAP)

Achieve has also established a fruitful collaboration with the Government of Ontario through our involvement in the Black Youth Action Plan (BYAP). Under this initiative, Achieve leads the Career Advancement program, specifically designed to empower Black youth and young adults in the Jane and Finch community. Through this program, Achieve offers a comprehensive range of resources and opportunities, including mentorship, internship placements, networking events, and employment skills training. Our goal is to provide holistic support to participants, addressing systemic barriers and fostering personal and professional growth.
